Default oil filter

I have to change the oil in my 95 lexus sc400. And decided to go with a full synthetic oil. But can't decide on what oil filter to get. Any advive or tips and tricks that would help me along the way.
Thank you

Stock Toyota filter, it's been tested and proven to be the best.

I use the yellow puralotor pureone for a toyota v8. its like the one for the sc300 but almost twice as long.
I also use it on the GX470 and the RX300. its just a really good filter that fits on all my toyota's.
I would also use the factory toyota one for a v8 listed above but i prefer the puralotor pureone it is actually supposed to filter better than average.

This is the one I use for my SC300 as well. The filter is larger than the direct replacement for the 2JZ and costs the same.

I have high mileage on my SC 400 So I run Valvoline Max life full synthetic oil & a Fram High mileage filter with no problems. But always, its up to you what you want to run.

Same here, cheap and can always trust OEM Toyota.

I've been using AMSOIL filters on my SC, and I really enjoy them, and I'm always rather impressed with the quality of my oil when I do oil changes, even with it's high mileage intervals.

I've been using either Mobil 1 filter or k/n filters. As far as oils go 5w 30 regular non synthetic Mobil 5000.
I've seen so many people complain about synthetic oils leaks on older cars, and never given it a chance and never had any problems on any cars I used these products.

Default Trd

How about a Toyota Racing Development oil filter vs the Toyota Original Equipment oil filter?
Would the price offset the advantage in contrast to any compromise that may be inherited from different oil filters other than the lexus/Toyota Original Equipment oil filters?

TRD vs OEM whats best a tundra filter
