I would worry about the melting point of the plastic, even if it doesn't get to its melting point it could easily be hot enough on the water pump pulley in front of the engine to deform the plastic some. why not just make a piece out of aluminum and put lots of holes in it to reduce weight further like a light weight crank pulley. hockey puck also comes to mind, people love to stick those in cars.

Here's a rough idea ...
This was the CAD program used in conjunction w/ the 3D Printer.
So you create a design here, then upload it to the system, and the machine takes-over.
It prints in layers, like:

________ 3.
________ 2.
________ 1.
... From bottom to top, until you have an entire unit finally.

ooohhhhhh i understand now, i thought you're printing the whole fan lol. it might be cheaper to even print at a library then, if a nearby library can print for you. i've been printing my headlight prototype at a local library here.
