Default New project car(s)

Hey guys, just wanted to share some pics of my newly aquired SC400. I sold my daily driven G35 Sedan 6 speed because my wife hated driving stick shift, and picked up two black SC400s. One I got for $1800 with a good rare black interior. It's go 165k miles, it's a 95, but it's got a salvage title and I'm not going to be building this one, just a daily driver for now.

The other 94 SC has 250k miles, one owner car, was $1500, clean title, pretty rough interior and blown suspension, but will be build from the ground up using good parts from my daily and aftermarket parts. Both cars run fine and all electronics work, including a/c. I plan to make it a long term project car, with a 1JZ/2JZ or ls1 swap, 600+ horsepower. A proper build threat will be made when I start gathering parts.

ha that's funny, good setup you have there. I'd say you got a great deal on them both. So maybe I misunderstood you, are you going to drive one and build the other or are you making one solid car out of them both?

Actually both, I'll be daily driving the 95 salvage titled one because it's in better shape and runs better then the one owner 94, at the same time I'll be taking the interior and front end of the 95, transferring into the 94 while it sits on jacks stands getting the suspension done.

The 95 has a salvage title because it has quarter panel damage that was fixed crappy, it was going to be more expensive to fix then what the car is worth. The daily driver will be ugly but runs good, while the project car will sit in my garage and be used as a back up car while I build it eventually into a cool street rod, slammed and 600+ horsepower. When I'm ready for a new daily driver, I will sell, junk, or drift missle the 95.

Yōkai (妖怪?, ghost, phantom, strange apparition) are a class of supernatural monsters in Japanese folklore. The word yōkai is made up of the kanji for "bewitching; attractive; calamity" and "apparition; mystery; suspicious".[1] They can also be called ayakashi (妖?), mononoke (物の怪?), or mamono (魔物?). Yōkai range eclectically from the malevolent to the mischievous, or occasionally bring good fortune to those who encounter them. Often they possess animal features (such as the Kappa, which is similar to a turtle, or the Tengu which has wings), other times they can appear mostly human, some look like inanimate objects and others have no discernible shape. Yōkai usually have a spiritual supernatural power, with shapeshifting being one of the most common. Yōkai that have the ability to shapeshift are called obake.

Japanese folklorists and historians use yōkai as "supernatural or unaccountable phenomena to their informants". In the Edo period, many artists, such as Toriyama Sekien, created yōkai inspired by folklore or their own ideas, and in the present, several yōkai created by them (e.g. Kameosa and Amikiri, see below) are wrongly considered as being of legendary origin.[2]
