I think it would be pretty hard to pull this spoiler off on a stock body...it reminds me of the rocket bunny style a little

Hmm, its not bad, actually reminds me a lot of the 95-96 OEM spoiler with some obvious lift. A little tall for my taste but maybe with a full AC kit it would grow on me? Interesting.

Oh ShiX,
My bad, I thought it was the same spoiler. Whatever it is, they both look great!

Wait, is this a car modding forum? I think so; lemme hit the 'search' button first ...

I love how you guys think you're brilliant.
You don't need to physically have it in front of you, in order to design one like it.

City,
Seems to me they were talking about the dollar amount offered for replicating from scratch a spoiler that retails for $500 that they don't even have physically. A custom version would cost more than the original mass produced version and could take weeks to get right.

I think you completely missed the point. Most people don't even get out of bed in the morning to scratch their *** for $200 let alone design and manufacture a one off spoiler for your car.

I however would gladly scratch my *** for $200. In bed or out of bed

(JK, my point exactly.)

Yeah only way you'll find one of those for $200 is if someone's selling a banged up one on the classifieds, and even then it might still swing north of $350 shipped.

I've honestly been looking for that spoiler off and on for the past year and a half. Obviously I'd love to find it somewhere else for cheaper, but if that's the only place I'll probably press the button sometime this fall.

Scratch one's *** for $200?

I think that we need clarification on the number of fingers to be used and total surface area to be covered.
Only then can we accurately determine the true cost of a *** scratching. Anything between the cheeks would raise the price significantly.

97-SC300........ I agree.

Okay; I see now. Then my bad.
I simply meant that if someone could make me one, I would buy it.
I didn't know they'd cost that much to make (I figured this here website was y'know, one of those over the top one's that overcharges for things ... They're out there). I was basing the price on what I generally see spoilers (not wings) going for online here & there; like $250-ish.
I've never made a spoiler; I dunno :\

Here's what I did make though:

It probably looks easier to you then others. Your high level math/science gives you the cyborg like ability to see the math/geometry behind a shape. You may be a good candidate to make it yourself with some fabrication study.

Mehhh ... I don't have time for that.
I guess I'll just save up and pay the $500 odd dollars, lol.

I haven't seen that spoiler in years. I didn't know you could still buy it.
