Yours sounds gritty and shaky but it doesn't seem like a wheel bearing issue. I remember when I had a wheel bearing issue, it was usually when I was not pressing on the gas while just cruising slowly. The noise was more like a broken spring sound and a continuous bad wheel noise that did not sound like yours at all. However, you never know.

Does it go away when you turn either left or right?

it makes the noise more when I let off the gas and just let it cruise.

Differential? Not many parts change load under acceleration vs cruise vs coasting. IDK. No offense but you need to do it again without talking. Try putting the audio recording device in the trunk or maybe the back seat. Does it clunk when you shift between gears while sitting still with the brakes fully applied? You'll be able to tell a lot if you can run it on a lift.
