Duck....I'm not concerned with resale value because honestly cars are not an investment and you never get the money you put into then anyhow. I do like to fix up my cars to my personal taste and am perfectly fine knowing what I get myself into and the money involved!

As far as the insurance companies, well they can very difficult to deal with but luckiky I was able to get $6500 for my Honda so I don't feel bad but did have to struggle with them back and forth...wasn't until I got a lawyer for my accident that they changed their tune.

As far as the cars in the stable currently... I sold the BMW last year and got rid of the IS quite a few years back...currently in our stable is a 2014 Equus, Black 2007 Santa Fe, parked behind the Equus in 2nd pic, a 2002 Prius (My New DAILY DRIVER) which I picked up for 3k with the insurance money from my Honda, and the 92 SC!

I've always loved the SC and when I saw this one with only 69k original miles and one owner, and all service done I had to have it! I've seen so many SC's out there but they are mostly in such poor condition which is sad because these cars are absolutely gorgeous! I plan on keeping this SC for many many years!

Damn son, an Equus?
How do you like it? The moment I heard the specs and interior features I knew it was a game changer.

Wife and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!! Why do you think I sold the BMW? Had both cars in our garage for a couple of months and was able to compare differences...This Equus is so much better than the BMW...it's so sleek, powerful, smooth, and so many luxory features! Def an amazing car!

Only plans in the future are a set of 22" Weds Vishnu wheels!

This car needs nothing else and it's fully loaded...it's the higher of the 2 trim packages available..(Ultimate Package)

Had a little issue that has been resolved...for some reason the car had two different shades in certain spots under certain lighting conditions so solution was to re-sand, re-paint, & re-clear the whole car! Painter was not happy about it but oh well..not my problem!

Anyhow, issues resolved and its looks amazing!

In the process of beign color sanded again now!

Is there a slight magenta in the paint? in one of the earlier pics I thought I saw some in one of the trunk shots? and im kinda seeing it on the roof in these. I dig it. My monitor in my office sucks so if im wrong don't shoot me for sayin. Its prob the sky reflecting off the car.

So it's in the home stretch now! New windshield and the trunk spoiler being installed right now..then just need to touch up minor things later today.

Then a really good wash, clean up, detail and polish and car should be ready for pick up tomorrow!

oh no, is that condensation in the brand new headlight?
Car looks amazing, btw. That's not a pre-97 spoiler, is it?

I'd be willing to bet its more likely just residue from the additional sanding on the hood and bumper.

Unfortunately there was some condensation in there...will have to that looked at. Not happy about that.

The spoiler is off a 95 SC that I picked up from a local junkyard.

Car is pretty much done now and will get washed good and a good detail including glaze and a good polish!

Here are pics before final debut!
