My 97 sc4 is the Platinum Metallic. Not the rarest but one you don't see too often. There's a Bordeaux Pearl near me for sale that I really liked in the same Year as mine. Think that's the rarest I've seen.

I own one very rare 97-only Classic Green Pearl factory manual SC300, and one semi-rare Platinum Metallic 96 SC400

They both look sick, what makes the 96 rare?

Oh man - the green is beautiful. I had a dark green '92 SC300 (my first), and I prefer that color to my current black '97 SC300 5-speed. Aren't the 5-speeds fun?

Any SC with the Cinnabar Pearl color out there ? I don't remember seeing one posted anywhere on this forum. Looks like this is the rarest color.

There are only 3 SC colors that where used for a year .

* Teal Mist Metallic 6N1 was used in 1995 . But there were a lot of SC produced for that year , 15782 . How many were Teal Mist Mettalic ?

* Classic Green Pearl 6P2 was used in 1997 . There were around 4890 produced for that year so how many were Classic Green Pearl ?

* Cinnabar Pearl 3N1 was used in 2000 . There were only around 905 SCs produced for that year so I believe this should be the rarest color ?

Royal Sapphire Pearl 8L5 was used in 1997 and 1998 with a total of 7661 SCs produced for those years
Shaddow Rose Quartz 3K7 was used in 1997 and 1998 with a total of 7661 SCs produced for those years

In all the years I've been a member on here I don't recall seeing a Cinnabar Pear SC. If I did it was way back when I first joined and I couldn't tell you what it looks like.

I love the Teal Mist and Shadow Rose Quartz colors. I've never seen either color for sale locally. I didn't know there were 1998 Royal Sapphire Pearl SC's. I had seen a few pop up but assumed they were repainted or the seller had the wrong information and it was actually a 97. Everyone always said it was a 97 only color but I have seen quite a few 98's pop and it confused me.

This is the only one I could think of, but it's been repainted a different color.

Default Baltic Blue...

Not mentioned in the above is the small number of 1995 'Special Edition' SCs that came in Baltic Blue Metallic (code 752) as was used on the Supra:

I forgot about the Baltic Blue SC's. I've seen a few of those. I think I may have seen more Supras with that color though.
