Default Amazon Front Lip

I was considering buying this lip:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00J1VYZ14/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1423390355&sr=8-3&keywords=sc300+front+lip&pi=AC_SX200_QL40&dpPl=1&dpID=31mga5cy8zL&ref=plSrch

But my question is, has anyone tried it or is it basically the Wise Lip everyone uses?

I was gonna order it, but I just wanted to make sure the installation is the same.

Yes, It's a Wise style lip but made of poly. Should be great in poly. Most Wise are fiberglass.

Looks nice the lip, but it's too expensive for me to purchase or desire and if your sc has been lowered it will get scratched up. I would buy the other product on that Amazon link. Its much cheaper Ez Lip universal Spoiler. I remember seeing a members Sc. He used/bought himself at hardware store and it was like EZ Lip size and it look very nice.

It's poly, nothing will happen to it if you are careful, especially if you leave it black. If you paint it, you may have to repaint if you scrape it often.

Until recently, the Wise lips were fiberglass as were the Vertex. OEM and Fujin were poly. Cant think of any more.

To my eye, Wise is too low for the OEM skirts. It has a raked look. Wise is a Vertex rep. so it lines up best with Vertex (or JIC) sides. OEM lip looks nice with OEM 97+ sides (to me). I have that combo on one car currently.

They are flexible and tougher than other kinds but only so much. They hold up pretty well as I have had lots of "encounters" with mine and its only ever broken in one spot, the rest of the times it seems to bend out of the way of trouble, but when its bent too far it can crack and break. You can use epoxy to repair it which is nice and you can sand it down and paint it resulting in a decent repair, I like them over other types of lips that break right away and are much harder to repair.

Seems like a decent price for a lip. Add some vertex/AC sides and rear and you're set.

I actually saw a picture of one lowered with just the lip and I liked the look. I might go that route for now. Maybe in the future I'll grab the sides and rear. All depends.
