So would you trust your SC on a 3k mile road trip from Portland MA to San Diego CA???

No problem! Drove my '93 with 225K from NY to Palm Springs, CA in four days. Drove flawlessly!

Yep, That,s why I'm doing all the work on her to get rid of the worn parts & get it up to snuff, She's going to Cali & up the PCH & back To Pa. Low altitude fly by!

Trust it yeah, would I NOPE. I just spent all this damn money on paint. Last thing I would want is rock chips on a long drive.

Absolutely!! as much as I miss San Diego Id drive it from here in MD straight over to CA. I trust my SC300 more than my 2007 wrx

Make sure you check your oil at each fill up
It's either gonna consume no oil or could be more than usual when you drive 400 miles straight
