^^^Absolutely agree with what he said...don't rush your painter. If he's a good painter, he'll want to do it right. And he'll double check, triple check for orange peel, fish eye, etc. Trust she'll be back home in your hands soon enough? I know, the suspense is a killer right? lol
^^ i'm definitely not rushing him and that's whu I figured car won't be dine till next week even though he said this week...I told him i know it takes time but I do have to say it would be nice to have car back soon! Been at shop since December
I must say you're taking the right attitude with this build, and she's going to be so freakin awesome once she's done! I can't wait to see more of this beauty!
Checked up on my car and he is still working on the body making sure it's perfect especially after pulling the rears 3/4". Car is coming along slowly but looking good. I'll check on it again on Tuesday when I get back to work since my boy's body shop is in the valley by work.
I also picked up some new lug nuts and locks for the wheels...got the Muteki SR48 extended open ended lugs and locks in black! These will look amazing on the SSR's.
SP3 is a great choice for the SC. I'd love to see your car in person once it is done. Maybe we can get a local SC meet going. It's been a while since I've seen any modified SCs in person.
