For those you who are fortunate to have the factory master key would you please share the part number i only have the spare key and I would to buy the master key thanks

Just call a dealer, give theme our vin and they will cut a master key to your vin number. Sewell Lexus IS the cheapest have found if you log in with your Club Lexus credentials.
