I've spent about $30-$50 bucks so far in buying all the good ol' waxing products for my SC4.
The interesting thing is, I think the SCs already look so good in its stock form that I don't even have to spend much in modification to make it look good.
This other time, a girl I asked actually picked my SC over my E36 325is with $25k in mods. (bodykit, rims, stereo, engine mods, suspension mods, blah blah etc.) when I asked her which of the two cars looks better. Arrrgh.. After modding the BMW for more than 7 years, her reply did **** me off a little...
Anyway, I'll always love my SC no matter if I spend $0 or $20k on it later.

I can't even begin to count...
I'd say I have $20k alone in mods.
custom exhaust/intake manifolds,Th400 tranny, custom leather covered racing seats, 2 sets of wheels (dr's and et streets), I don't even want to continue...and I'm done there.....

Thats right. Theres a little something about a car that comes stylish, fast and refined from the factory, and in need of nothing! I just put in my one and only performance mod, the lexuspros full ecu upgrade. It'll take about a week to right a full review of it (You need to drive on it aggresively for a few days so it can set itself up to your driving habits, set the fuel mixture, timing etc.) It doesnt compromise the luxury aspect of the car, which is important, and it may possibly put me ahead of the dreaded 3.2TL type S!

Please definitely keep up updated in this mod.
If I had the money to spare, this would probably be the only mod. that I would do to my SC other than tints and newer style taillights.
It would be great if you can share with us how much you paid for it, where you're getting it from and of course, the end result after you get it installed.
Thanks!

Speaking of mods... I had a brief few moments today where I thought of twin-turboing My SC400 someday. Yes, I know it would cost ungodly amounts of money, what with needing FOUR turbos in addition to the usual intercooler and install... one heck of a project. Now that i think about it, theres a site i have bookmarked that deals exclusively with forced induction on lexus V8s. Pretty cool stuff.

But seriously, I dont think I'll ever do any other mod aside from the ecu i just did.
