PJSC300

I recently notice that my fog lights, Front parking lights ( my taillights and license plate lights still work), and my side markers all stopped working instantaneously on my 95 SC. I searched through various of threads, but have not found one with all the issues that I am having. I have checked the fuse ( 15a), and replaced it even though it looked ok, then checked the bulbs which seem to be blown (not sure why). I then check the socket were the bulbs of the fog light and side marker would go with a multimeter and got no voltage whatsoever with the fog light toggle switch on. I also checked the relay and believe it works because I here a click every time its toggled. but I am not completely sure. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
