Personally, I'd buy it for around 4k, but I'm just a cheapskate. Those rims aren't rare or unusual, they're just an upgrade from the aluminum alloys, they did cost extra. I have them as well. If it's just the drivers seat, you can probably source a seat in good condition from aliga here on Club Lexus, he scraps wrecked SC's and has everything from steering wheels to hood struts.
