The Ikon coming home to say hello to the SC forum
What's going on CL...?! I'm proud and happy to see the growth of the SC forum and the site. It has really grown since the early days of 1999/2000. As a former moderator and devoted member it's been a great journey. I remember having my uncle Larry (RIP MISS YOU) to fabricate one of the first ever MAF adapters for the SC4 for my SC and for a few others here.. The first time we met at NOPI with our tent/booth and all the fellows hanging out (ComputerWiz RIP BROTHER you're missed),, and so many great members I've met across the country.
Anyway... I just wanted to say hello guys.

The SC4 is long gone..... Vandalized and totaled. I've been into Jaguars and Audi.. Especially Super charged Jags... I'm looking into getting a 97 - 2006 XKR arguably one of the best looking cars ever made (the 92 - 2000) Lexus SC is still in that class too)...
One of my best friends picked up a LS460 a year ago and it tempted me to get back into the Lexus family.... Time will tell.... I'll love to get a pearl 99 SC4. But with the kids I may have to get a LX470 or LS460
especially if I purchase the XKR.

It's always good to see an old school member still here on the forums. Do you have any pics of your old SC?
An LS460 would be a good choice to get if you decide to get another Lexus. I drove one of my customer's LS460 and it moved pretty quick for such a big car.

Appreciate it guys... But I don't have any pix of the SC4 at hand. I may have a few packed away.
I really would love to get a SC4 again especially a 99 or so body style just for the stronger engine. Hopefully soon I'll have another Lexus to add to our family tree.... If you guys will let an ole timer back in.....

@The Ikon, What's up O-G tripple O-G? Thanks for comin thru to say whats up. I thought i had been around a while (restarted a new account back in 08/09 but original account was back in '05). Are you a Nupe?
These cars are definitely timeless; as long as they are done up right. I have seen some ****ty SC's over the years that just had too many corners cut and it showed. Thats why the value of these have just gone to ****....
Post up some pics when you get a chance. I would love to see what the SC scene was back in '99/'00!
