Default 1997 SC300 OEM Rear Spoiler

For the 1997 SC300 OEM Rear Spoiler which do you guys prefer the one with the gap or the one without?

Without. I like the duck bill style and the raised spoiler doesn't flow that well with the stock lines in my opinion.

I feel like whatever end it has is what spoiler it needs to look right, or rather whatever tails you have. 95 tails look best with 95 spoiler and 97 tails go with 97 spoiler. And then I don't like 92 tails but they look best with none. That's probably just biased because of all the pictures I've seen and the lack of very many people combining separate years. 95 tails and spoiler is my favorite.

There is only one 97 OEM spoiler.
If your talking about the Spoilers that came on the 92-96 then its all preference. I personally like the the 92-96 but since I have a 97 have just kept it oem. I may go 92-96 tho but dont want to drill more holes into my trunk so i will need a new trunk lid if I convert.

No. All 97's came with the raised spoiler. If your 97 has the duck bill spoiler it was converted. Period.

Your's is most likely bought online and not OEM. OEM has the thin lights not thick like yours is. Overall your spoiler looks bigger too.....At least its the same style tho pretty cool

Are the wing mounting holes for SC's all the same? Ive always like the sc400 wing and I would like to put one on my '98 sc300. Can anyone chime in?
