Default Two beeps after engine turned off/door opened

I am just curious where do the beeps came from. My 97 SC400 made 2 beeps when I turn off the engine and opened the door.

I searched and found link below but I didn't have auto headlights on.

I didn't have any windows or sunroof opened.

factory or possible aftermarket alarm? Where is the beeps originate from, inside or outside the car?

There are 10 types of people. Those who understand binary, and those who don't...

It has factory alarm. The beeps came from inside.

If you leave the sunroof open or windows down, does it beep the same way?

I read something about it thinking the key was still in the ignition, but those threads said it kept beeping, not two beeps.
