if it's foggy on the inside you need to reseal it, can't really see with these pictures.

plenty of headlight sealing threads just give it a search. basically you throw it in the oven for 3 minutes at like 300 or something to melt the sealant/glue holding the light together, take it apart, clean it out, sand it whatever u need to do. stuff black silicon in the old space, try to clean as much of the old stuff out. cake the new black silicon up and reseal the headlight, make sure to reuse the clips holding the light together.

If you do put your headlights in the oven you're better off going for lower temperatures for longer intervals than going for a high temp. I'd suggest 250 in five minute intervals. Usually 10-15 minutes will do it. There's really nothing wrong with putting the headlight in for two little or too cool, and you'd rather err on that side than the other direction. Just take it out and give it a gentle prying motion.

My first time I preheated to 250 then turned the oven off and left it in there for 10 minutes. That actually did the trick perfectly for the SC headlights. Second time I didn't turn the oven off and left it in for the same time, a piece of the turn signal browned a little bit. It's unnoticeable but I see it all the time. Put it on an unpainted piece of wood or cardboard. Again if they don't come apart just give them an extra 5 minutes. Be patient and keep the heat low to avoid inducing any hazing on the lens.

Check this thread and this forum if you need any more guidance, lots of good experiences in this thread.
