^^^ This. The UZZ32 Active Soarer is too rare and technologically unique to destroy its original suspension system. It's like buying a Citroen DS or SM or a Mercedes 600 Pullman or 450 SEL 6.9 and not appreciating the various, unique hydro-penumatic self-leveling suspensions those rare and special cars used.

The 32 Soarer uses an even more advanced system that hasn't been put into practice in another Lexus or JDM Toyota before or since.

Buying an MKIII Supra with TEMS and switching to a modern coil-over I can understand.

UZZ-TT -- Couldn't agree more. It's still best to go with an RI you trust for the nuts and bolts of importing a 25+ year old vehicle. Customs paperwork is frustratingly complicated and the process itself isn't for the novice.
