Default wacky tail light parking light

OK my passenger side tail light functions normal till i brake with the parking and headlight on.
The parking lights is on but when i press the brake is turns off and my brake light is the only one on. The driver side is working fine. I have the replace bulb light on my dash and i have replace the brake and parking bulbs with new ones as well the turn signals just for curiosity. Fuse #12 is good and its the right amperage.
im thinking on changing the brake pedal switch thing and the tails relay...?
Has anyone run though this problem or have any suggestions?

hows your wiring harness under the drivers fender? my neighbors got chewed up a while back and it caused all kinds of weird lighting problems.

sc4shelby The wire harness is in good conditions no wear or chewiness at all. i also checked my tail light wire harness and its in good conditions like perfect.
I think my lamp failure module thing is going wacky, i shake it and it makes noise like if it had dirt or little rocks inside. I have a brake pedal switch thing I'm going to replace that one and see what happens if not ill go get a lamp failure module, hopefully that does it.

Clean up your grounds for those lamps and for the trunk lid.

Another thing: make sure you used the right bulbs when you replaced them.

Hopefully i don't have to exorcise my car to get a electrical ghost out....

ok i replaced the lamp failure module and it still the same issue... is there another ecu beside the lamp failure that gives commands to the tail lights? I still need to check the ground but i need to know which one is the ground for the tails... anyone could offer me some knowledge on that?

Another detail about my issue is that when i just turn the parking light or all lights on my passenger taillight the parking light turns on but it has a weak light its not bright or fully illuminates (yes i do have the right bulbs same as the other side if tail light) but as soon i press the brake, that specific parking light at the passenger side turns off only illuminating the brake light (the other taillight works as it should).

I still think it is a bad ground or dirty bulb socket.

My wiring diagram shows that pretty much any wire that is White/Black is a ground at the back end. There is one ground point under/behind the driver's seat. Another in the back RH part of the trunk, probably near the tail lamp housing. Even if it looks good, loosen it, wiggle it, and tighten it. Don't overdo it though.

The grounds look like they are all tied together so that one failure wouldn't cause a problem. Multiple ground paths exist. Knowing that, I'd focus on the tail light housings and the bulb sockets. Use a stick and the power seat to push the brake pedal for troubleshooting.

If you have a voltmeter, measure from one ground on one housing to the other. You should always see zero volts, or very close. If when you press the brake you see 12V from one to the other, you have a bad ground.

Good Luck! I hope you find it.

Yea it was grounding Rhoderman thanks for the help. I fixed it yesterday. It was the ground cable at the bulb socket, the spot holding the ground cracked and with the vibrations it was touching other aluminum things so I tuck it more and did a temporary fix till i get a new bulb socket thing next week.
Man i was about to exorcise the damn thing hahah thanks again for the support.
