I've always had a slight love for the G8 for the same reasons you stated, they are all mild and just stock mostly and of course they are cheap! They have so much potential. It would be awesome to see one stanced, cammed and just tastefully accessorized. Of course, there's nothing wrong with an IS-F, they also sound killer.. Good luck on your decision man.

I really like the ISF. The G8 is right there behind it.

I sold my 92 sc400 and got a IS-F and never looked back. Love the F. I had the SC for 12 years and decided it was time to upgrade. The IS-F is a amazing car. DO IT!!!!!!!

Thanks man. I bought it in December and let me tell you there was NO buyers remorse. I am running I/H/E, TEIN CS coil overs and a F-Sport rear sway bar. It brings a ****** eating grin to my face every time I get in the drivers seat. This car is as solid as they come. If I had to choose between the G8 and IS-F, I would no doubt choose the F. There is talk that a legitimate tune may be coming out in the near future. Can you imagine this car tuned with a supercharger or turbos. There are a few IS-Fs that have been force fed, but the results were very marginal because there was no way to tune them.

Roof wing is an Origin

Deck lid spoiler is a stock 95+ with a slight modification to make it a little more flat

Thanks for all the kind words guys, I love seeing the support and the love from fellow members, OG and newbies alike. To be honest im already planning out my next SC haha Black on black, 97+ with a 6 speed 1uzfe with ITB's.

In the mean time, I think i have decided to go with the Pontiac G8 GXP. the 6.2L ls3 6 speed.
check out my for sale thread, Many quality parts up for grabs.
