All the states have different classifications for plates. Unfortunately in Florida they have to be 30 years or older to be what they call an historical vehicle. They also have a custom vehicle registration for a modified vehicle of more then 25 years but it can only be used for exhibition and not for general transportation. How do they define Hobbyist in Wisconsin?
