Default need 95 sc300 wiring diagram or some additional thoughts on fuse blowing?

Hey all, I am blowing the fuse that controls the tilt steering, door locks, clock/climate memory etc. I can't think of which number it is off the top of my head, but its the 10A one in the engine compartment fuse panel. It seems to blow on its own for some reason. I had everything working just fine for a day or so while I was working on rebuilding the steering mechanism, then opened the car door yesterday and no chime... Hmmm. Fuse blown. Again. I have the auto swing away off so it shouldn't have been something like that, but I don't know what could cause the fuse to be blowing randomly like that.

So, any ideas? If not any ideas, anybody out there have a wiring diagram that I can take a peek at and see if I can't chase down the issue?

Thanks!!
