Default Photoshoot with my SC and R32

To celebrate the fact that I finally got another set of TE37's after I sold my last ones four years ago, I had a photographer friend take some artsy pics of my SC and R32. I hope you guys like them.

Thanks, the front and rear brakes are off of an Evo X.

It's got a cat back exhaust, twin 2" pipes with an X pipe and Magnaflow mufflers. As for plans, I want to manual it, and I've got an Apexi SAFC waiting to go on with some cams and headers. Since it's my daily I'm going to keep it NA.

As of this year it is possible to import 1989 R32 Skylines (or any other 1989 non-US vehicle) into the USA legally. The Federal EPA laws only apply for 21 years from the date of manufacture so outside of California or any other state that does not have a cutoff year for emissions testing it's 100% OK. There is still plenty of paperwork and process to wait through but yes, we can now legally import Skylines normally.

That said, since US Customs has such hatred for Skylines after Motorex "made them look like fools" it might be good to know the EXACT month of manufacture as well just so that some over-eager ***** doesn't find out before you that you could have waited a couple of months longer and met the 25 year rule without question. That might be overkill but given the track record of the US DOT and US Customs over these and other highly sought after cars that were more than likely just sitting in people's garages rather than causing public nuisance or harm... I wouldn't chance it.

czar07, I've said it before that you folks in Australia have all the best used/Grey import cars. At least we've gotten a couple of rebadged Holdens over here in recent years.
