Default Help cylinder 1 ignition issue

So the story goes as is:
Had the car a couple months now...love it. 5spd manual 199k miles.
past few weeks been breaking up on acceleration after approx. 3krpms
friday car was fine.... to work..worked. to home...worked..
saturday...dunno why but carpooled with a buddy to work.... didnt drive all day
sunday went for a pizza around 9pm approx 45 hours with out being driven
and the car starts to smoke a little.... NOT BLUE...just a delicate light white unburnt gas smoke.
drive round the block and back home... i figured okay maybe fouled plug... change my plugs
and cylinder 1 was dry and black textbook carbon fouled? and so new plugs in and it runs better...... but still rumbles and still smokes. just rumbles way smoother... like it makes a difference... so i pull cylinder 1 plug again and its black....except the tip..
soooo IM running super rich in cylinder 1 or not generating enough spark.
distributor rotor could use a replacing but idk if its enough to cause this.
I need help its my only vehicle
please.
