Me too man, also wanted to know what did you do to the wires that were coming out of the wire loom that was going to your auto tranny?
Does it rev all the way to red line without any hesitations?
Which manual w58 trany did you use the sc300 from92-95 or 96 up with the trypod shifter?
Also did you have to mod your shifter linkage!!!!
That's all the questions it could come up with???
If you can help this will help clarify some of the gray smoke
Thanks bud!!!!

when all the snow here in Tulsa clears up ill make a video!

as far as the loom goes i did the ghetto way and stuffed up it in the tunnel lol. when i get a chance to get it back on the lift i'll be able to cover it up and tuck it away.
it revs all the way to redline, drives fine.
but if your are picky, at idle i think it does have a slight hesitation but nothing that bothers me. its my daily and i drive it every where lol.
im using 95 SC300/supra Tripod style.
i didnt have to mod the shifter linkage, i had to cut the shifter hole maybe an inch or so like in redphoenix's build thread.

as for everyone's question for speed sensor i plugged in the speed sensors from the auto tranny but they are just hanging there.
im assuming from what i was told by my bro (Acura Tech but as far as electrical goes it might be similar across any vehicle) is that the ABS sensors are what is reading Vehicle speed.
and yea about the spoiler lol, id have to take it off to go Wide body, it would be in the way of the fenders i think.

Thanks for the info, so your speedo cable is just hanging too, so your speedometer and tach is not working?
And what about your memory seats and memory steering do they work?
I'm so excited to see this you don't even ever will know

No problem. Yes my speedo works and is off by 3mph I'm assuming because I'm on 19 inch rims. Like I mentioned before I think the speed is read from abs sensors and not the actual sensors off the auto trans. The sensor on the trans are front of trans mission and rear tail shaft. My sensors are just hanging there tucked in the trans tunnel.
Memory seats do not work, you'll need to rewire those since the run off the transmission, which shouldn't be a problem.
My memory steering always goes to the same spot lol so i don't know I never adjusted from position, but that doesn't mean it works as it should.
I'm just as excited lol I was hoping there were more people that have already done this on 98+ cars. I got to dig in my cruise control again and rewire it to work for manual trans.
My celica steering wheel was from an auto with cruise and i had to switch a couple wires around, hoping to just do the same lol. As long as you have some sort of schematic it shod be fairly explainable.

hahah nah its an american spec car. the license plate is just there to be there lol. it looks more at home on there then a jdm licnese plate.
if i would have imported one it would have been a 3.0 GT Z20 soarer or one with a 1jz swapped lol

oh BTW us folks with the 98+ cars you will need to use either an older style flange for your diff to work with the W58 drive shaft. (the smaller style as the newer V8 cars use the big flange)
the flange it self is about 100$ at the dealer or you can go to the salvage and pull one for cheep.

you will need a 35mm Socket that you will need to turn down in size to fit the flange.

or the other option is spending 140$ at driftmotion to make you a new aluminum biscuit which isnt bad either considering our factory one is rubber. and the new one will have both bolt patterns for the diff to drive shaft just something to consider since it is a part that would eventually need replacing being rubber.

i my self went with the flange route.

theres also going to be a toyota/lexus meet in tulsa some time in march i think its the 15th and member that are in oklahoma and surrounding states are welcomed

i should be able to make a video then and show it!

I'm assuming I'll be at maybe 240-250whp range? Being as many miles are on it lol that would be sweet. I also thoug of throwing a apexi SAFC on it to smooth it out but I doubt it ll do anything for me lol.

As for the CEL's
I had 13 all of them transmission except for 1 it was O2
It was a mix of shift solenoids, trans temp sensor, and speed sensor.

A very nice ride, 98+ VVTi SC400+Manual is the best combo. A blast from the past.
