Has anyone here ran an E55?
You guys know your **** here man! I'm looking to either mod my GS or get a SC..

Your best bet would be to turbo your GS assuming it's a GS300. If you would prefer to buy an SC you have the option of NA-T, 1JZ-GTE swap, or a 2JZ-GTE swap. It's going to take a good amount of power to beat an E55.

If you can afford to keep the GS do that and then buy an SC, maybe one that's already boosted. Swaps can get expensive and time consuming if you don't have everything you need.

you're gonna need 450rwhp to handle one effectively.
With that in mind, depending on your budget, a 2J swap would get you there fairly easily.
GTE swap with BPU will put you at around 400-430rwhp, depending on your tuning and boost. that would make it a good race.

my brother owns an e55 and those cars are seriously fast, only downside is the 10mpg. Im at 350whp in my sc and would assume another 50whp would beat his e55. I get about 18 mpg driving around vs his 10 mpg, but if gas doesnt matter to you I would look into an e55.
