The real question is...where can I buy those mirrors today? Maxi Mythos or something right? I googled the hell out of them and came up with nothing.
I think those are covers over the originals mirrors, I have a pair in my garage waiting to install on my car. I got lucky and found them local for $40 brand new.
I would keep the car oem or go all shine.
