There's no way for sure you can tell the exact specs of wheels based on a picture. This guy could have been using spacers or had adjustable upper control arms to fit his wheels. I think you should have tried posting this in the wheel fitment thread.

If you want a good way at looking at wheels and knowing exact specs, just check RimTuck, put in our car, and 1992-2000, and you will get a bunch of high quality pictures with exact wheel specs to see what you like. In fact everyone should put their car up on Rim Tuck for everyone here to check out.

Personally I'm going for 18x8.5 +22 fronts and 18x9.5 +22 rears. I don't want rubbing, and I don't want to roll my fenders at all. I only plan to lower my car just a little bit...

I have two cars, one sitting on 20's but not sure offsets so it wouldn't help, and the other is sitting on stock SC400 16's. RimTuck is your best friend right now trust me. Also it depends on your plans...

Do you plan on lowering it? Do you plan on rolling the fenders? Poke/Stretch? Flush? What is it that you are going for?

18x8.5 in front with 9.5 in rear with a 20 or higher offset would/should prevent rubbing and rolling fenders all together from what I've gathered. It might not be the flushest size, but I believe it would prevent rubbing and rubbing. Of course it does depend what tires you through on there...

Based on what I've gathered if u are running a turbo then u want a tuck of some sort. For I plan on getting 18x8.5F 18x9.5R +35 all around. I think I want a +30 offset tho

for future reference, to the OP and anyone else who reads this:

if you have a picture like that and youre trying to find more info about it, search it via google images
http://www.google.com/imghp
open ^ in another tab/window, go to the picture of the car and left click and then drag the pic to the
tab/window with google images search bar, drop the image in and view the results
in this case i got this:
http://www.wrongfitmentcrew.com/foru...next-one-SC300!

"So... I bought this Pearl White 97' SC300 for $5.7k! The car is MINT and has like maybe... 3-4 door dings around the whole car! Pretty good for a 14 year old car! It came with these wheels on it already..19x8.5 in front and 19x9.5 in the rear....Definitely not big enough haha. I have around 19x10 & 19x11.5~ in my plans, should be boss...Also, going to get Powered By Max Coilovers in the next month! ..Anyways. This will be my thread where I will update as time goes by. "
