Default New SC300 has joined the club (PICS)

Hello everyone, I just joined and introduced myself in the new members sections. I see that there is not a better way to introduce myself and my new SC than with photos. I am waiting for the vehicle to be driven up to me in Chicago from Florida, but these are the pictures I have received. I will have the vehicle here in the middle of August.

The vehicle is a one owner car that has spent its life in Florida being driven while the previous owners were at their vacation home or in climate controlled storage (Looks like mostly storage from the condition/pictures). The vehicle is in completely stock form and had been serviced diligently by Lexus.

This is the condition the vehicle was in when picked up, hasn't been cleaned, detailed, etc.

From what I've seen the black interior is more desirable and hard to come by in nice shape.

The original window sticker

The engine compartment

The best part in my opinion

Thanks for looking, when I have the vehicle in my possession I will certainly post more/better photos. I look forward to getting this vehicle and learning from you all.

Clean looking car. And yea, black is definitely better looking and more desireable.

..and wow, I thought my mileage was low with 78k miles! Nice pickup!

Wow, almost $50k on a 300. That thing must have all of the options. The only thing that I immediately noticed was that it doesn't have a heat shield over the exhaust manifold.

From what i could tell only the chrome factory wheel and the upgraded audio system are not in this vehicle.I noticed the exhaust manifold shield as well but I don't think that is much of a red flag or serious concern.

The previous owners are clients of our family's construction company and had exchanged the vehicle for $9500 off of their remodeling costs.

Bump for a low mileage, ultra clean SC! Congrats bro, and good luck with the modding. There's a ton of information on here...

Well the vehicle had finally made it up to me in Chicago about a week ago. The ride from SW Florida went great...almost perfect!!

I said almost perfect because the day after arriving in Chicago I started to notice some excessive/abnormal brake dust build up on the passenger side rear wheel. Upon further inspection found the caliper piston had seized.

So within the week I've had it here I've installed a new caliper along with rear pads and rotors. I also swapped out the trunk lid supports thanks to the search function and D.I.Y. threads on here.

I will be getting the windows tinted this weekend. And have begun my search for a set of wheels, H.I.D. kit, and JDM window visors.

I'll post up some more pictures once it's detailed and tinted.

Thank you guys, I've already in my short period of ownership benefited from the experiences and knowledge that has been shared on this forum.
