Pretty much every standard and optional feature that was available on 1997-2000 Toyota Soarer 2.5GT VVT-i 5-speeds.
But in a list:
Torsen LSD
6-speed manual
Brembo brakes front and rear
300-400hp+ turbocharged engine
Recaro leather seats
Driver oriented suspension
HID headlights
Warranty
As for modern telematics features I could care less and actually I'd prefer to pull the fuses on such things on modern cars

I travel a lot with my job and get to rent a wide array of cars, I would have to say
Backup camera with proximity sensors and audible proximity alerts
Pass sideview mirror that auto tilts down when the car is in reverse(got to keep my rims safe)
Basic stereo and blue tooth controls on my steering wheel

Nice ideas so far. Because the SC has been discontinued for so long even if some specialty tuner guys get involved the result will be pricey and low production. There's just no market compared to the same effort to come up with a solution for a car still in production and you can sell a million times more parts for. Im hoping we have a nice suggestion list and find something viable for us to locate and use.

Cooled seats - my back still gets a little sweaty in the summer even with the A/C cranked.
LSD - doesn't have to be a Torsen, just anything other than an open differential.
Manual transmission - because every SC400 driver should experience the 1UZFE unharnessed by the "too luxury" oriented automatic.
HID headlamps - because we all know how much the OEM lighting absolutely sucks.
