97 SC300 with 5spd... 120 made..
I guess if you're talking color as well it'd be an RSP 97 SC300 with factory 5spd...I think only 40(something) were built for the US.

I personally don't care for the RSP color but for rarity it would be, in this order: 1) 1997 5-speed RSP no moonroof, 2) 1997 5-speed RSP w/moonroof, 3) 1997 5-speed, 4) 98-00 SC400 VVT-i, and 5) any SC300 5-speed with or without a moonroof. Any of these with a black interior makes it a bit rare and more desirable.

97 5spd rsp sc300's sell for a lot.
Even the SC400's with RSP sell for quite a bit more than there compatriots. Rare color, looks great IMO, and that year was the year of the facelift.
If not a 97 5spd, the next most desirable would be 98-2000 SC400's, with the 2000 being the most valuable out of the 3 years.
I think there were less than 10 1997 SC300 5 spd rsp's, and only 120 5 speed 97's were made total
