My car was worse lol,
- passenger window regulator was out
- interior leather seemed like it was in a junk yard for a while
- both passenger and driver seat did not move forward or backwards. (i drove the car home in an awkard position because the owner was like 6 feet and I'm only 5'4''0
- carpet was stained ilke no tomorrrow.
- eletrical problems (headlights, stereo, guages, etc)
- came with only valet key so I had to buy transponder and oem key with alarm from Lexus.
So many more problems to list but after a month or two of having the car, it became better and better. It also depends on how motivated you are to fix it. It's a project car for a reason!

Yeah all you need is some motivation. All Sc's have these stupid little issues. I think everyones dealt with multiple door issues here. Just comes with the territory i guess.
