Default I think I have a fan issue

So a couple weeks ago I pulled the EFI fuse and the check engine light went off (obviously) and the car ran fine. Up until today I was on the highway and it threw codes (which I was aware of) and disregarded it because I knew it was coming. So when I came home, I heard a loud hovering sound and thought it was coming from the sky but it actually came from my motor. 93 SC400. I popped the hood and the fans were spinning WAY faster than before. It's to the point where I can barely hear the engine idling. Is this a problem because I'm afraid that if it keeps spinning this fast, one day it'll just poop out on me and my motor would overheat.

The SC400 fan is hydraulic driven. Consequently, it has no belt or electric motor. I'm assuming the SC300 is the same. You can tell by looking at it.

Yeah the reservoir is fine. Should I be worried about this? I mean my motor is running a bit cooler since the fan has been spinning this fast.
