Default Wiring problem

I've got almost all my swap done and most things work but there are some things that don't and I hope there connected.

I got this car as a basket case the motor was out and so was the engine bay harness that runs all the way around through both fenders. I put everything in and the motor runs. Ill start off with doesnt work.

The fuel pump did not work so I did the 12v mod and that's how my car runs.
I have no power to the steering column, gauges, or sunroof. The lights work but the sunroof will not open kinda weird. The windows work and roll down with the button, the mirrors adjust but the door locks don't work I can hear a relay clicking it looks like the locks have there own computer because that's what's clicking. I have another one I gotta try.

It seems like alot of things run through each other on the sc's so I'm hoping maybe there all connected and ill fix one and it will fix them all lol, I doubt it.

One wired thing is the fuel pump worked the first time I started it and then after I shut it off the fuel pump ECM wouldn't send the signal it had power to it but would not work. So after the first start up that happened. The gauges have 2 wires in the smallest of the 3 plugs that have power, and the only thing that works is the blue light when the brights are on lol. Any advice or someone who's had a similar problem talk to me let me know how you fixed it I need some help

I would double check all the relays and the fuses and make sure all the plugs are plugged in. I believe some of your symptoms are tied together or work off the same fuse. I didn't understand the fuel pump issue. Sorry. How did you wire the fuel pump relay, exactly? Did you use separate wiring to a separate relay or tied the two wires together at the fuel pump ecu? Please be more precise and specific. Thanks....

About 2 inches from the plug at the fuel pump ecu I cut and wired together the signal wire to the 12v wire. That all works good.

I've checked every relay and fuse I think my fuse box itself is bad the inside one. The top half of it doesn't have power including I think the top middle relay. That's what I've ruled it down to the power from the engine bay fuse box is good but once it goes to the inside fuse box power dies

I really hope not though because I can only imagine how fun that would be to replace
