Default Anyone have an opinion on leathercover.net?

Anyone have an opinion on leathercover.net? Looks like I can get the front and back for about 400. I know some members have recommended leatherseat.com but theirs are almost 800. I would be willing to sacrifice some quality for 400 especially since mine are ripped right now plus its going to be my soon to be 16 yr old sons car.

If he is sharp and into cars, give him the car and the 400$ and let him decide.

AWESOME gift pops!

I have been reading around the net about this company, it's funny there is no leathercover.net website, their company is called L.C AUTO INTERIOR UPHOLSTERY Ltd . They have the cheapest leather seats on ebay for our car.

http://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread...=448155&page=2

That's a nice thread about leather seat replacements from this company. The Miata guy seem to like them if you read until' the last page of the thread.

From the pictures the leather quality doesn't seem to match OEM, but will definitely look better than ripped factory seats.

There is also another seller on ebay selling leather seats for the SC. The ebay seller is called exotikleather. Their website http://www.interior-innovations.com/ They have an actual website unlike leathercover.net

Their price is $475 for full interior replacement including center console and e-brake boot.

If you check out this thread the leather from interior-innovations looks better than leathercovers.net

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...leather-4.html

Also this wel known clublexus member has them. His build thread.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...d-sc400-8.html

I'm glad you made this thread because it helped me make my decision by going through the thinking process and posting it all here. Personally I would get the seats from the seller exotikleather on ebay (a.k.a. http://www.interior-innovations.com/ )

The exotikleather seats are a good middle ground. If you're willing to sacrifice a bit of quality I would definitely get these. Personally I'm going to go with this company as well. Obviously there it is not the best out there, but if you're like me and like to get the best bang for your buck then this is probably it.

And with new leather he's going to be getting all the ladies. BTW I would just like to say you're doing a great job at parenting.

Haha,
We have some 16-17 year olds on this forum who would trade their buddies for a set of nice wheels or coilovers any day.

There you have it. I'm definitely getting these when I have the cash. In stock grey. But I have other plans first lol.
