Sc300 front parking lights won't turn on?!

Sc300 front parking lights won't turn on?!
So I was switching a bulb on my left headlight, then turn lights on and only rears tails , headlight high + low beam and turn signals work.
but no orange front markers and no t10 lights in headlights,
I checked kick panel fuses and nothing and checked engine bay fuses while I was at it they are good
I'm stumped at the moment so weird. Any ideas highly appreciated thank you CL.

there is a fix for it on this sight its in the kick panel fuse light it up top left it will be a burnt diode have to search cause cant remeber exactly were sorry hope this helped some

Thank you pointed me on the right direction
Yes I read up that a diode on a board that is located above the fuse box in the kick panel it's the one that blows when there is a short eeek
What I'm going to do to hopefully fix this issue is by swapping that board box with one from the auto yard.
