2Gen GS300 mats fit in the SC better. Will post some pic of them in my car later. $89 for GS300 SD mats at Sewell Lexus.

SC400 Mats

I'm looking for mats too. for a 99 Sc400 ... Very rare .... I'm thinking ebay may be the only source left, other source left. I've already tried Sewel & Carson Toyota/Lexus ...

SC430 Floor mats in SC400 or SC300

I am also interested in the possibility of using SC430 floor mats in the SC400. Apparently, the 98-05 GS mats fit the SC400 well.
