Default any way to increase the pedal sensitivity?

beyond adding parts, is there any way to adjust the sensitivity (thru cabling or what not) of the gas and break pedals so i get more immediate response?

The brake pedal is height adjustable..although it can be a pain to get under the drivers side steering colum to adjust it.

New pads, and new rotors should give the car a more repsonsive feel..stainless steel brake lines will reduce brake fade.

SS lines won't help fade so much as they take the mushyness out of the brakes. Good fluid will.

As far as adjustments, I haven't received my service manuals or car yet... but I know some SC's are more throttle sensitive than others. Possibly ECU upgrade?

Yesterday I had a cold air induction installed and while they we’re at it I cleaned the throttle body. With the engine cover off I noticed that there was considerable slack in the throttle cable. A quick adjustment and WOW instant throttle response. Prior to this I just thought that this is just the way this car is - it always almost fell on it’s face prior to pick up. So check your cable for excess slack they will stretch with time.
