Question Will 18x8.5 18x9.5 +35 fit without mods? Suggested Tires sizes?

Greetings,
I am about to pull the trigger on some wheels (perhaps tomorrow) I have learned as much as I can studying the Tire guide.
I saw an 18x9 +38 example that required no mods.
And an 18x9 +24 that needed rolling.
I see many close examples to the size i have in mind but none are exactly the same. I would like to know what to expect from this size rim. My suspension is now stock. I plan a TT style shock/spring setup next with a minimal drop.
I live in NYC, roads are largely horrible.

The wheels are staggered 18x8.5 18x9.5 with a +35 offset.

How will this fit?
What are good tire sizes for this wheel on an SC400?

i have the same exact dimension wheels and i run 225/35/18 on all and slammed with 5mm spacer and no rub. But when i had 275/35/18 in the rear i would hit the fender over some speedbumps with lowering springs and no spacer.

With my 350z wheel setup it has 8.5 +34? in the front with 225/40 with no issue at all no rolling and 18x9.5 might need a roll rear depending on your ride height

I have 370z´s wheels and I think those are +35 too. On 245/45 R18s I had to pull my fenders

235 up front and 275 in rear if it's not too low should be fine .

That set up will easily fit and you don't need any stretch in the rear, that would just look dumb. Run some wide tires out back.

Pardon my "nubeness" but i thought 275 was pretty wide. How wide can I go without issues?

It is wide, I would do a 265 max on a 9.5 for daily driving.

my car has 18x9.5 +38 245 40 all the way around. it depends on how low you want to go, I got away with a slight fender roll.

Thank You lownfastsc. Not going very low at all. I'm in NYC and spent the day driving in Brooklyn yesterday. The SHEER DEPTH of some of the potholes would astound you! I'm staying stock or one inch drop now. Yours looks great!
