Are you sure the 300 has a different hub assembly than the 400? They use the same bearings, control arms, and CV axles...

^^^It's different. 400's have bigger brakes, therefore bigger dust shield. I have a hub from a 300 on my 400, and I had to push the dust shield back for my rotor not to rub against it.

who cares about the dust shield, just dump it completely if you can't find the exact right one...

I guess you haven't worked on your car or an SC. But FYI, the rear drum brakes assembly are all mounted on the dust shield. You're not the first one to think of completely dumping it, since I have upgraded my front brakes to the LS brakes and completely ripped the dust shield off of that.

I have, but its been a while... forgot about that... either way, they use the same parking brakes too, so, trim the dust shield around the outside edge if the only issue is the dust shield interfering with the rotor...

I would do that, but being the OC that I am, I'm afraid I might get cut when I reach in to clean my rims every time I wash my car. Anyways, that's not the OP's concern, moving forward, lol.

Since nobody has come up with a conclusive answer....
You can always call the dealership and ask for the part # and then go online to see if any other car has a matching part number.

Or you can just look up the part # here
http://lexus.sewellparts.com/#
They have diagrams and parts #s for any year SC.
