I recently replaced plugs are wires from my car, but i reused the old throttle body gasket when i put everything back together. Now when i start the car there is a whistling/ screeching sound that constantly stays through out the revs, Is it because i reused the old gasket on the throttle body or did i mess up the throttle plate inside by pushing the throttle body too far to put it back. ( i could not get the screws out of the throttle cable because the head on the screws are messed up, i cant get a philps screw driver in there to twist it) I have torqued everything down, still no difference. Help anyone?

P.S its a 93 lexus sc300 5 speed

get some intake cleaner and spray around the throttle body and see if the idle changes.
