But why?

Why would you wanna put an mk4 dash in your SC?

I am just curious.

i mean, i get it...it'd look a bit cooler than the SC dash.

But in short, I'm gonna say that it can't be done without massively modifying the MK4 dash. I don't think the interior dimensions are the same.

I think it'll look cool because I like the mk4 interior better and how it surrounds the driver. I'm guessing you'll need the door panels too so it'll line up but let us know if it works.

You'd have to do the MKIV center councol area too...the shifter trim, all the way back to the center arm rest for the dash to flow and not look idiotic.

yea I would do it.. I just like the way it looks and is different I'm deployed so I've been researching things to do to the Sc. I was curious on seeing if it would fit. thanks for the input.

Normally, I'd tell you don't do it because the dimensions are probably going to be tricky...but...

I was recently reading "Modified" magazine, and they featured a mid 90's Subaru impreza coupe (not a subaru expert so I can't tell you the chassis code lol but it was like a 95-98 or so I would guess). The owner of that car swapped in the entire interior out of the newer Sti sedan model that I would guess is from 2005-2008 or so... and it looks like oem... so anything can be done.

just because it worked in a subie doesn't mean itll work here...the MK4 interior seems wider than the SC, you'd probably have to cut the dash down to do it right, plus like mentioned above you'd need the door panels to line it up, the console, have to do an aftermarket radio, how would you run climate controls, etc.

I've been pondering this for awhile as well. I'd say if you have the time & money, go for it!

haha yea I think I might try this but gotta source out parts for it.. and man when your deployed you think of alot of stuff to keep u sane out there on missions. but I think this is the best time while I'm making good tax free money.

if anyone knows where I can find a dash and center console let me know. guess I'm gonna surf around the supra forums.... my wife is gonna be like wow another project for this car... haha superchargering, W58 swap, headers and LSD and all that and bought a motorcycle.... haha still gotta get my redskinz full lip kit too.
