Default Been busy with my new sc300

Well I have always had civics and I finally got tired of messing with the haters and kids so I sold my 99 civic si and picked up a sc300. Its a 93 SC300 with a locked up motor and bone stock. Its that cool pearl green with the gold package and tan leather inter. It has all the usual probs like crap stock radio, climate control screen black, and needles burnt out. Well I picked up a motor 2 days later at a shop called Zerolift in cincinnati ohio. I got a 1jz with VVt-i outa 98 a chaser. I know its a kinda hard swap but I wanted to do it to be different. Lets just say out all the time spent on it only about 3 hrs where actual mechanical work. lol Well a week later me and my buddy matt got her running and on the road.

Swap Fuel. lol

Yeah the swap turned out real nice I have a bunch of other pics and a video of the exhaust. I will post those later. The car runs super smooth and has good power. No real plans right now for the motor except maybe a speed cut defender. I am gonna start sorting out the body an all the little things that need fixed. Then suspension and then might dip into that motor.

Nice pick up. The 1jz is going to be fast. I raced my friends 1jz non-vvti and he smoked my v8 pretty bad on the highway.

Congrats and nice work, you sure your SC isnt a MIP instead of a pearl green? or maybe its the lighting of the pics.

Oh I have no idea about the color. This is my first sc and it looks green so it could be anything. I looked for a paint code but didn't see any. Thanks for the compliments. Yeah I saw that monsters are killing people and I have never felt bad after drinking them. I think those people already had a health issue they didn't know about and that just happen to overload their system and kill them. I do feel sorry for their family for the loss though

Is this thread new? Or I thought it was supposed to be a few pages long already...
