94 sc400 for $300. good deal or no?

Hey guys i just picked up this sweet sc400 for $300. body is in mint condition. motor is good. only bad thing is that the catalyic convertors are clogged. Let me know What you guys think about it.

Good deal, if you have a lot of cash too fix all the common problems that you'll find with an Older Sc. http://www.intellexual.net/faq.html

4slide, we just seem to have that kind of luck.
Op, great parts car- imho. Unless you just really want to restore her, it might be worth just piecing it out like Teal mentioned. You should be able to clear at least $2.5-3k, easy. Especially for doors, fenders, lights, etc.
How's the interior?

Whats wrong with it, is it drivable, how is the interior? The motor alone is well worth all more than 300.. I say jump on it or whats there PayPal address, sending money now.. LOL

lady brought it to my shop. said it had no power. we just took of the front 2 o2 sensors and runs like a champ. so she needed to buy the cats and o2 sensor. shop qouted her 11grand to fix it. so she was like im gonna junk it. i was hold on i will pay u 300 dollars for it. im not new to the sc"s at all. i have a parts grave yard in my basement. so i have everything to fix it already. so this will be my second sc. i have a 95 teal mist sc300 5 speed already. title is clean and car only has 130000 miles on. as for the interior it has the minor ripped seats and rear seats as well. nakamichi sound system. all works. motor has new timing belt and water pump. plugs and wires. pretty much im set .
