I feel like such an amateur asking for help with this but H3 hid's seem to be completely different from 9006 and so on. I did some searching but couldn't really fig it out still.

I know I have to cut a hole to route everything, but where the hell does this black wire go?

Lol. Easiest way is to route all the wires through the vent hole. U will have to cut the wire and resolder but at least this way it won't leak water. If you use the cap for power and ground then once up close the cap you will have to splice the harness. I just installed 3 sets.
