Default New SC from Texas

So I finally got around to snapping a few pics of my ride. It's a black on black 95 SC400 I already have so many plans for it.. First being new rims It currently has some 20s that I really hate. The tails came blacked out so I thought I would continue that idea. I as you can see from the pics I already removed the gold emblems and exhaust tips. I just finished blacking out both of them. The only bad thing with the car so far is the headlight switch, seems its gone out and only high beems work along with turn signals. But I already got a used one that is ready to be installed so hopefully thats all it is. Anyways can wait to contribute to the forum and get to know all of you better.

Here are some pics of my previous projects

Going up Pikes Peak.. Quattro FTW

Rebuilt 13BT and ported engine myself for my NA FC

Wink Outstanding choice!!!

Person after my own heart, I see. I used to rock an '03 A4- that's a nice B5 you had there. Also the same color as mine ( i think it was called Dolphin Grey).

Nice purchase, dude. The tails look pretty sweet- I'd leave them too (i'm biased- mine were done six months ago). Just maybe add some led bulbs to enhance their presence.

The wheels aren't too bad, really. It just looks like they might be rubbing some here and there.

Anyways, welcome to CL! Good bunch of knowledgeable folks, and make sure to check the DIY page. VERY HELPFUL with our cars.

What he says. ^^^^^^^^

Welcome to CL man. Everything is right here before you if all your questions. Not a bad start, 20's look good with the 97 conversion kit, imo.

Thanks for the kind words guys. I can tell this forum is going to be very addictive. Will be positing pics of blacked out emblems and exhaust tips.

I used VHT for the exhaust tips and Krylon Fusion black spray paint for the emblems. Had to buy some 3M adhesive remover to get the gunk off after I removed the emblems with some fishing line. Car needs a good wash now
