Blacked out chrome window trim ??? pics..?
Any pictures of the chrome window trim that is either painted ,taped , blacked out .???
Would like to see how these cars look with the trim blacked out and is it worth it.
Thanks

I always like the look of this. What do you guys mean by "it's often taped"?
Do you mean masked off with tape and painted? Or is there a special thin tape that's like a vinyl wrap that you can use for this?

I've always wanted to do this but never got around to it. Since my doors are from a soarer, the trim is already black. I just need to do the rear side window trim.

if you clean the chrome well and lay the tape down without stretching it too much and without getting too many bubbles it should last a while. I had it on my last sc i had for about 6 months before i wrecked it.
