Hi CL i need help in this fix and cant seem too find the problem. My passenger electronic seat moves foward and backwards on the rails but recently stopped reclining backwards.. ( as in if you were too push the back part of the seat back you would be laying down flat ) but the the seat moves forward. can someone please point me in the right direction of a thread fix or advice ? please and thank you its really uncomfortable

My seat is doing this as well but I know there's a thread floating around here but I've just been way to lazy to search right now. So my girlfriend will have to ride gangsta lean till I find the thread

u can try to cheak the switch, the ecu under the seat, or its the motor n the seat that contrls the upper portion only things it can b , most likely the switch or motor usally when the seat ecu goes out the whole thing quits working, if its motor ull need to remove seat i have a spare working motor u can get, or if its switch i thin i might have 1 also so just self elimination really my best advise is remove seat find a way to unplug the motor u need to wrk and run power ditrect to it, it if moves then u knw its not motor at that ponit its switch then at that point u gna need a spare switch to test or a ecu dnt knw if this helps but i fix those seats alot and thats kinda what i have to do its a bit eassier for me caue i have the parts but good luck lmk if u need any more help
