Just go to JIC directly, cut out the middle man. The kit really looks clean but a little too simple for my taste. Do - luck here I come!

on a side note.. JIC makes some nice adjustable coilovers for the sc300/400
I'm amazed that so many people here just go with eibach springs and kyb ajx or oem supras when you can have fully adjustable coilovers and shocks.
they make the SF-1, FLT-2, and FLT-A2
I'll bet it doesn't fit well but what do you expect. Its fiberglass and less than half the price of the Bomex kit.
An experience bodyshop can make the kit fit or mold it to your car

I was/am debating these coilovers. The price is pretty good but I have no idea about how they ride.
As for the body kit being made of fiberglass. All the available kits for the SC are made out of fiberglass. Well, I think I saw 1 relatively unknown kit made of poly-urethane. AC, T&E, Bomex, etc are all fiberglass.
Bomex kit is ~1300$

TurboTeg,
You should search around and take a look a some people's suspensions here. There are reasons not to get some coil-overs and some who just buy coilovers and never adjust them once they find a good spot they like. Most people here go for the TEINs or HKS setup if they want real coilovers with good quality. Others who use Eibachs etc... want simple quality and ride comfort that a linear spring in a coilover cannot provide.

I see what your saying. I should have also taken into account that many of these cars are not raced where the true coilover setups such as tein, hks and jic will be very valuable. I have tanabe sustec pro ss on my teg and I love them. they have adjustable dampening and coils built into one. they are not much more expensive than an eibach/agx combo yet far exceed the performance.
I've seen very few people on here who have true coilovers in there sc but many threads on eibachs.
bomex is only 1300? wow I thought I saw a post saying it was 3000.

Yeah Teg,
Hondas = cheap to fix up because everyone has one.
Back in 92 when I built up my Integra...NOBODY had any parts... Had to get rid of it when it became a dime a dozen like today.

yep sc400s are very rare. escpecially here in canada
I beg to differ though there is lots of aftermarket support for the sc400/300. way more than I thought there was!
the fact that supra parts will fit is fantastic.
no where near as many parts as honda/acuras though. its ridiculous. I'm looking forward to the challenge.
